We build strong, long-term client relationships and help brands grow in the digital space. To do this, we’re looking for a (Senior) Account Manager located in Munich, Berlin or Hamburg who takes ownership, thinks ahead, and drives projects forward with focus and passion.
Your mission
  • You actively shape and grow your client relationships, with a strong sense for their goals, challenges, and opportunities.
  • You use your understanding of marketing, digital strategy, audience insights, and competitive landscapes to create tailored solutions that deliver real impact.
  • You lead meetings with confidence, bring teams together, and ensure that decisions are clear and result-orientated.
  • You keep budgets, timelines, and resources on track and work closely with our leadership team to deliver efficient, high-quality outcomes.
  • You stay on top of industry trends, new tools, and technological developments — especially around AI — and translate them into new opportunities for your clients and the agency.
Your profile
  • You bring 3+ years of experience in account or project management, ideally in a marketing or agency environment.
  • Brand management, communication strategies, and cross-channel campaigns are part of your professional DNA.
  • You identify client needs early, manage expectations smartly, and find both pragmatic and creative solutions.
  • You work in a structured, analytical, and results-oriented way, always keeping priorities and quality in mind.
  • You communicate clearly, professionally, and with empathy — both internally and with clients.
  • You’re a genuine team player who enjoys collaborating across creative, strategy, and data disciplines.
  • You have a natural instinct for trends and technological developments — from emerging platforms to AI-driven opportunities.
  • You are fluent in German (C1–C2) and have strong professional English skills.

As a (Senior) Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of small to mid-sized projects and play an active role in larger client accounts – from strategic planning to flawless execution. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure creative, data-driven, and results-oriented solutions that drive brand success.

  • Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring seamless communication and delivery across all project phases.
  • Apply your knowledge of client economics, marketing and digital strategy, audience insights, and competitive landscapes to develop tailored solutions.
  • Lead client and internal meetings with clear objectives and actionable outcomes.
  • Oversee budgets, timings, and resources in close collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Monitor industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities for clients and the agency.
Das bringst Du mit
  • You have proven experience (3+ years) in account and/or project management, ideally within a marketing and/or PR agency.
  • Strong understanding of brand management, communication strategies, and cross-channel marketing.
  • Skilled at identifying client needs, managing expectations, and proactively driving solutions.
  • Structured, analytical, and results-driven mindset with a strong sense of efficiency and quality.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in both internal and client-facing settings.
  • A true team player who collaborates effectively with creative, strategy, and data teams to deliver holistic client solutions.
  • Fluent German (C1–C2) and professional English skills are a must.
