Who we are
The LOOPING GROUP is a brand media house based in Munich, Berlin, Cologne and Hamburg and currently employs around one hundred people. The members of the group support their clients in acting like modern media brands in the areas of PR and marketing in order to achieve credible and effective attention for their products and services in an increasingly fragmented information society. 
Founded in 2016 by journalists, creatives and experts in the fields of marketing and public relations, the LOOPING GROUP is now trusted by numerous medium-sized companies and international corporations. The group's clients include the car brands Mercedes-Benz, BMW and Volkswagen. In the healthcare sector, Apotheken Umschau, Gesund.de and Fresenius Medical Care. In the luxury segment, brands such as Occhio, Bulthaup, Armani and A. Lange & Söhne. In the field of innovation communication, companies such as Merck, UnternehmerTUM and Deutsche Telekom. In the foundation sector, the BMW Foundation Herbert Quandt, the Alexander Tutsek Foundation and the Nantesbuch Foundation for Art and Culture, among others.
Your mission
  • Be responsible for the management, support and customisation of all Mac and iPhone clients in a pure Apple environment via JAMF.
  • Be the the go-to person for identity management and user provisioning via OKTA.
  • Be instrumental in providing, supporting and structuring of server-side services and application and production software to be installed from the Microsoft 365 portfolio (e.g. Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Entra).
  • Be the administrator of various cloud-based productivity and backend tools such as BOX, Personio, HQ, awork (Teamleader), MIRO and others.
  • Be the IT-Manager for WoodWing's cloud-hosted CMS and DAM systems.
  • Be the expert in diagnosing and resolving technical problems.
  • Be the active force for researching and recognising solutions for user-side software and hardware problems.
  • Be able to evaluate new tools and solutions.
  • Be the IT-consultant and IT-administrator for our employees.

Your profile
  • You have several years of relevant professional experience as a technical support employee in IT technology, helpdesk or similar function.
  • You possess a good understanding of the Apple system landscape and the administrative interfaces to identity and device management.
  • You demonstrate practical knowledge (planning, configuration, administration in Microsoft365 backend, especially SharePoint and Teams).
  • You preferably have knowledge of the requirements of agencies and/or editorial offices, ideally know-how in the support of editorial CMS.
  • You are able to provide coordinated, step-by-step technical support in written or verbal form.
  • You are a good communicator and you have a service-orientated attitude.
  • You are interested in and you have a relaxed approach to technical obstacles, innovations and hypes.
  • You enjoy a good team spirit and are hands-on.
  • You have good communication skills in English and German, both written and verbal.

Die LOOPING GROUP ist ein Brand Media House mit Sitz in München, Berlin, Köln

Deine Aufgaben
  • Sei verantwortlich für die Verwaltung, Betreuung und bedarfsgerechte Individualisierung aller Mac- und iPhone-Clients in einem reinen Apple-Umfeld über JAMF.
  • Sei der Ansprechpartner für Identitätsverwaltung und Benutzerbereitstellung über OKTA.
  • Sei maßgeblich an der Bereitstellung, Betreuung und Strukturierung von serverseitigen Diensten und Anwendungs- und Produktionssoftware beteiligt, die aus dem Microsoft 365-Portfolio (z. B. Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Entra) installiert werden.
  • Sei der Administrator verschiedener Cloud-basierter Produktivitäts- und Backend-Tools wie BOX, Personio, HQ, awork (Teamleader), MIRO und anderen.
  • Sei, als IT-Manager, für die Verwaltung der Cloud-gehosteten CMS- und DAM-Systeme von Woodwing zuständig.
  • Sei der Experte für die Diagnose und Lösung von technischen Problemen.
  • Sei die aktive Kraft bei der Recherche und Erkennung von Lösungen für Software- und Hardware-Probleme.
  • Sei in der Lage, neue Tools und Lösungen zu evaluieren.
  • Sei der IT-Berater und IT-Administrator für unsere Mitarbeiter.
Das bringst Du mit
  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung als technischer Supportmitarbeiter in der IT-Technik, im Helpdesk oder einer ähnlichen Funktion.
  • Du hast ein gutes Verständnis der Apple-Systemlandschaft und der administrativen Schnittstellen zum Identitäts- und Gerätemanagement.
  • Du verfügst über praktische Kenntnisse (Planung, Konfiguration, Administration im Microsoft365 Backend, insbesondere SharePoint und Teams).
  • Du hast vorzugsweise Kenntnisse über die Anforderungen von Agenturen und/oder Redaktionen, idealerweise verfügst du auch über Know-how in der Betreuung von Redaktions-CMS.
  • Du bist in der Lage, koordinierten, schrittweisen technischen Support in schriftlicher oder mündlicher Form zu leisten.
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark und hast eine dienstleistungsorientierte Einstellung.
  • Du hast Interesse und einen entspannten Umgang mit technischen Hindernissen, Neuerungen und Hypes.
  • Du hast Spaß an Teamgeist und eine anpackende Mentalität.
  • Du hast gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
