Are you a Senior strategic consultant with a passion? Then you've come to the right place! In this role, you will support our clients in developing and successfully implementing effective communication and marketing strategies.
Your mission
  • Be the Senior strategic consultant: Analyse markets, target groups and trends, conduct interviews & workshops and develop data-based, precise recommendations for action for our clients and our creative, PR & content teams.
  • Be able to handle pitches & new customer business: Accompany our management to customer meetings, recognise hidden customer priorities and develop tailor-made strategies.
  • Be in collaboration with experts: Coordinate projects and work closely with our creation, PR & content teams - from conception to implementation. 
  • Be the creator of communication strategies & concepts: Create clear and precise briefings and develop data-based strategic ramps for the other teams, develop convincing strategies and initial pitch-ready campaign ideas and present them internally and externally.
  • Be responsible for nurturing customer relationships & growth: Build sustainable customer relationships and support us in identifying new business opportunities.
Your profile
  • You have at least 5 years of experience as a strategy consultant or communications strategist in agencies or companies.
  • You can translate complex issues into clear, convincing strategies and team briefings.
  • You are confident in using analysis tools and are familiar with market, media and trend research.
  • You have comprehensive knowledge of messages, goals, media, channels, formats, etc. to develop creative strategies that our Crafts can seamlessly build on
  • You have excellent presentation and moderation skills - in German and ideally also in English.
  • You work in a structured manner, think in a solution-orientated way and maintain an overview even in dynamic projects.
  • Nice to have: Experience in the health or luxury sectors would be a plus!

Deine Aufgaben
✔️ Strategische Beratung: Du analysierst Märkte, Zielgruppen und Trends, führst Interviews & Workshops und entwickelst für unsere Kunden und unsere Teams aus Kreation, PR & Content datenbasierte, präzise Handlungsempfehlungen.
 ✔️ Pitch & Neukundengeschäft: Du begleitest unsere Geschäftsführung in Kundenterminen, erkennst verborgene Prioritäten der Kunden und erarbeitest passgenaue Strategien.
 ✔️ Zusammenarbeit mit Experten: Du koordinierst Projekte und arbeitest mit unseren Teams aus Kreation, PR & Content engstens zusammen – von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung. 
 ✔️ Kommunikationsstrategie & Konzept: Du erstellst klare und präzise Briefings und entwickelst datenbasierte strategische Rampen für die anderen Teams, entwicklst überzeugende Strategien sowie erste pitchtaugliche Kampagnen-Ideen und präsentierst sie intern wie extern.
 ✔️ Kundenbeziehungen & Wachstum: Du baust nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen auf und unterstützt uns bei der Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten.
