Your mission

Be the Senior Art Director in our emerging marketing team, specialised on health communication.
Be responsible for all creative aspects, including conceptual development and execution of various assets such as print ads, digital campaigns, event designs, and social media campaigns.
Be able to develop campaign identities for leading health brands in collaboration with a dedicated team.
Be a a key partner for our clients by actively participating in presentations and managing pitches and regular meetings.
Be the coordinator of the creative team's workload together with the account management team and resource planners to ensure timely delivery.
Be inspiring and support our talented team daily, guiding junior and mid-level team members.

Your profile

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in creating print and digital concepts for clients in various sectors, preferably in the health and well-being industry.
You are passionate about health and wellbeing and have a creative mindset
You have a solutions-driven outlook fueled by curiosity and an innovative mindset.
You are a team player with a strong sense of responsibility and high standards for your work.
You have exceptional technical skills with standard tools and a deep understanding of current creative trends.
You are fluent in English and German.
